During the holiday period, we extend this 30-day interval, taking into account your early shopping endeavors.

- Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- You MUST provide tracking information for the return package to us. This is our only record of receipt. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.
- You will only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Steps for Returns
- Send your full name, order number, and the item you’d like to return to: email@example.com.
- If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Once your item is received by us and inspected, we will process your refund and notify you by email.
- The refunded amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.
- After we issue your refund, your bank must still process and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks.

Products obtained through an authorized PUCK HCKY retailer should be brought back to the original point of purchase for returns.
