Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something’s off (or you need a different size), you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. During the holidays, we extend this window.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we’ll refund the item(s) minus shipping. A new order will need to be placed.

The Rules

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Return shipping is your responsibility
• Tracking is required for all returns (this is our only proof of receipt)
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Steps for Returns

• Email contactus@puckhcky.com with your name, order number, and item(s)
• If approved, we’ll send you the return address
• Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund
• Refunds go back to your original payment method (Bank processing time may vary)

• Items purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned to the original point of purchase.
