SHIPPING TIMES

Processing and shipping occur Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our designs are all custom-made as ordered--not mass produced. So, processing time can be 7-10 business days or longer, plus the actual shipping transit time. In other words, choosing 2-day shipping does NOT mean you will receive your gear two days from the time the order is placed—hope you understand.

If you have already received a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, then you are likely just days away from being decked out in your new PUCK HCKY gear! Just remember that transit times may be influenced by region, customs, weather, time of year, moon cycle, etc.

If your tracking info says your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier and they should be able to help you track it down. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that USPS First-Class Package International Service can take 7-21 days or longer. For trackable, insured delivery, please choose DHL WORLDWIDE shipping. 

Shipments to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by the destination country or the shipping carrier. Any of these additional charges for customs clearances (over and above the shipping price already paid at checkout) must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be. Please consult with your country's import office or the specific shipping carrier to determine any additional charges. 

By placing an international order, you are agreeing that as the recipient of the shipment, you are the importer of record in the destination country and are responsible for any fees due.

Jersey Care Instructions

Wash inside out in cold water on lowest setting. Use mild detergent only. Do NOT bleach. Lay flat to dry immediately after washing. Do NOT machine dry.

I ordered xl and they were too small(that’s my normal size). Spent $20 to ship them back and then placed another order but this time 2xl. When those came I went to put them on and I couldn’t get them past my thighs. They were marked 2xl but they weren’t. So now I have to spend another $20 shipping back pants. The first time the pants were purchased was by my wife as a present and when she emailed the company they responded with an email clearing attempting to make my wife sound stupid. They don’t pick up the phone or call back and now I can’t get them to acknowledge these last 2 pairs were returned. The hoodies and the shorts I have from this company are absolutely fantastic but unfortunately this situation is leading me to leave a bad review and never shopping here again.
