SHIPPING TIMES
Processing and shipping occur Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our designs are all custom-made as ordered--not mass produced. So, processing time can be 7-10 business days or longer, plus the actual shipping transit time. In other words, choosing 2-day shipping does NOT mean you will receive your gear two days from the time the order is placed—hope you understand.
If you have already received a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, then you are likely just days away from being decked out in your new PUCK HCKY gear! Just remember that transit times may be influenced by region, customs, weather, time of year, moon cycle, etc.
PUCK HCKY is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen shipments. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. We do not have any “insider” tracking info. We see the same info you do, which is provided by the shipping carrier you chose at checkout. If your tracking info says your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier and they should be able to help you track it down.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we cannot make any guarantees on tracking or delivery of your package using USPS First-Class Package International Service, which can take 7-21 days or longer. PUCK HCKY is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen shipments. Use at your own risk. For trackable, insured delivery, please choose DHL WORLDWIDE shipping.
Shipments to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by the destination country or the shipping carrier. Any of these additional charges for customs clearances (over and above the shipping price already paid at checkout) must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be. Please consult with your country's import office or the specific shipping carrier to determine any additional charges.
By placing an international order, you are agreeing that as the recipient of the shipment, you are the importer of record in the destination country and are responsible for any fees due.

We always hope to exceed your expectations with our products. However, if something should go terribly wrong (or you just need a different size), you may return items up to 30 days after receiving your order (and we always extend that 30-day window around the holidays since y'all start your shopping early).

The Rules
Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You MUST provide tracking information for the return package to us. This is our only record of receipt. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. You will only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Steps for Returns
Send your full name, order number, and the item you’d like to return to:

If your request is approved, we will provide you the return shipping address. Once your item is received by us and inspected, we will process your refund and notify you by email. Please allow 48 hours for funds to post.
SPECIFIC PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS:
-Customized PUCK HCKY Products: We cannot accept returns on personally customized products. Sorry.
-30-Day Return Period: You must email your request for a return within 30 days of receipt of your order.
-Missing Item or Damaged Product: We cannot refund any product returned to us that is not in “sellable” condition. We will donate these items.
-Items Not Purchased Directly from puckhcky.com: Items purchased from an authorized PUCK HCKY retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.
-Final Sale Items: All merchandise marked as final sale are final. No returns allowed.
-Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable/non-refundable items.
