EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We always hope to exceed your expectations with our products. However, if something should go terribly wrong (or you just need a different size), you may exchange or return items up to 30 days after receiving your order (and we always extend that 30-day window around the holidays since y'all start your shopping early).
If we sent you the wrong item or it is defective in any way, we owe you a big apology! PLEASE contact us, we WILL make it right: email@example.com
A few rules:
Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
If you'd like a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Orders delivered anywhere outside the U.S. are only eligible for return NOT exchange and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Steps for Returns or Exchanges
- Send your full name, the address you'll be shipping from (if it is different from your delivery address), and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund.
- For U.S. purchases, we'll send you a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label via email. Just print it out, slap it on, and drop it in the mail. Easy!
- Once your item is received by us and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you by email. Please allow 48 hours for funds to post.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personally customized products. Sorry.
30-Day Return Period
You must email your request for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
We cannot refund or exchange any product returned to us that is not in “sellable” condition.
Items Not Purchased Directly from puckhcky.com
Items purchased from an authorized PUCK HCKY retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.
All sales merchandise is final sale. No returns or exchanges.
Gift cards are non-returnable/non-refundable items.
While we cannot offer free exchanges & returns for international orders, we will work with you to see that you are satisfied with all of your purchases. Please contact us by phone or email.
