We always hope to exceed your expectations with our products. However, if something should go terribly wrong (or you just need a different size), we offer free shipping for returns and exchanges for U.S. purchases.

Our exchange & return policies last 30 days (but we certainly make exceptions around the holidays when people start their shopping early!). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. To be eligible for either, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we only provide one free return label per order.

If you purchased directly from us, either online at or by phone, and you are within the 30 day return policy, then you may return by mail. If you'd like an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge**. If you'd like a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

If we sent you the wrong item or it is defective, we owe you a big apology! PLEASE contact us, we will make it right.

Steps for Returns or Exchanges

  • Send your full name, email address, the address you'll be shipping from, and your order number to Let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or credit. 
  • We'll send you a pre-paid, pre-addressed postage label via email. Just print it out, slap it on, and drop it in the mail. Easy!
  • Once your item is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and fill you in on the status of you refund or exchange item.
  • Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your original sales order or as store credit, usually within 3-5 business days of package receipt.
  • We will email you again to confirm when the credit has been sent. Please allow 48 hours for funds to post.

Customized PUCK Products

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personally customized products.  Sorry.

30-Day Return Period

You must email your request for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of original purchase.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

We cannot refund or exchange any product returned to us that is not in “sellable” condition.

Items Not Purchased Directly from

Items purchased from an Authorized PUCK HCKY retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.

Sales Items

All sales merchandise is final sale.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-returnable/non-refundable items.

International Orders

**While we cannot offer free exchanges & returns for international orders, we will work with you to see that you are satisfied with all of your purchases. Please contact us by phone or email.
